INSTRUCTIONS

of using  “Progesterone” for animals

I. General information 

1. Trade name of the medicinal product: Progesterone.

International non-proprietary name: progesterone.

2. Dosage form: solution for injection is oily.

In appearance, Progesterone is a transparent, yellowish-colored liquid. The drug contains 25 mg of progesterone (2.5%) in 1 ml as an active ingredient and 0.2 ml of benzyl benzoate, up to 1 ml of olive oil.

3. Progesterone is packaged in 1 ml and 10 ml in sterile hermetically sealed glass bottles, sealed with rubber stoppers and rolled with aluminum caps.

Each unit of packaging is marked with the name of the manufacturer, its address and trademark, the name of the medicinal product, the name and content of the active substances, the method of use, the serial number, the date of manufacture, the expiration date, the amount of the preparation in the vial, storage conditions, the inscriptions “Sterile” , “For veterinary use”, designations of technical specifications, bar code and accompany the instruction for use.

4. Store the preparation in the manufacturer’s closed container, in a dry, protected from light place at a temperature of 50C to 200C.

The shelf life of Progesterone under the storage conditions is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Do not use the drug after the expiration date.

5. Progesterone should be stored out of the reach of children.

II. Pharmacological properties

III. The order of application

10. The preparation is heated to 37 ° C to 40 ° C before use. 11. Symptoms of overdose when using the drug in accordance with this instruction are not noted.
